Porque, en Arpit, despliegan una apetitosa carta centrada en la gastronomía de la zona del Punjab con ciertos toques anglosajones, lógicos después de tantos años de convivencia. Los currys son los protagonistas absolutos, con diferentes grados de picante en función del nivel de aguante del comensal. Los hay de pollo, de cordero, vegetales y de pescado. En total, treinta tipos de esos deliciosos guisos.
