Porque este restaurante, situado en la Eixample de Barcelona, hace cocina mediterránea cosmopolita ideal para venir a compartirla con un buen amigo. Platos de moda de la gastronomía urbanita actual, como los tartares y los tatakis, también hay elaboraciones con ingredientes más tradicionales. El objetivo es que todos los platos tengan un toque de autor.
Porque los más carnívoros encontrarán las carnes más originales. Hay lagarto Ibérico o hamburguesa de ojo de bife Angus Argentino. Si eres un depredador de la buena materia prima éste es tu lugar.
Porque como dice el personal de Quemetomo “ una comida sin postre es como una americana sin corbata” y por eso han elaborado una amplia carta de sobremesa para todos los gustos ¡No te lo puedes perder!
